Working principle of combined air valve: the large inlet and outlet of the low-pressure intake and exhaust assembly ensures that the air enters and leaves the air at a high speed with a high flow rate, and even the high-speed air mixed with water mist will not make the exhaust port closed in advance and lead to air seal. The vent is closed only after air is discharged. Whenever the system is lower than atmospheric pressure, such as when water column separation occurs, the air valve will immediately open to air into the system, to prevent the creation of vacuum in the system. At the same time, timely air intake during system emptying can accelerate the emptying speed. Smooth exhaust process can prevent pressure fluctuation or other destructive phenomena. The high pressure micro exhaust valve can timely discharge the air accumulated in the high point of the system under pressure to avoid the following phenomena that may cause harm to the system: air resistance or air blockage: increase the head loss of the system to reduce the flow rate or even in the case of complete interruption of fluid transportation.

Air valve production

The working process of the combined air valve: 1. The air in the discharge pipe makes the water filling smoothly. 2. After the air in the pipeline is vented, water enters the low-pressure inlet and exhaust valve/exhaust valve and the floating ball rises to seal the inlet and exhaust outlet under the action of buoyancy. 3. The air released from the water during the water conveyance process will collect in the high point of the system, namely the air valve, to replace the water in the valve body. 4. With the accumulation of air, the liquid level in the high-pressure micro automatic exhaust valve drops, and the float ball drops accordingly. Pull the sealing coil chain, open the exhaust port, and let out the air. 5. After the air is discharged, the water will enter into the high pressure micro automatic exhaust valve again, float the float ball and seal the exhaust port. The above steps 3, 4, and 5 will continue to circulate in the case of system operation. 6. The float of the low pressure inlet and exhaust valve/exhaust valve will fall down immediately and open the inlet and exhaust outlet. 7. the air into the system, eliminate the negative pressure, protect the system.
